“The colors and the screen in the background with the digital imagery [the backdrops] are amazing. The dancing, of course, is on point. I love it.”

“[The interaction of the digital backdrops and the dancers] brought a new form of life to the theater and dancing.”

“[Shen Yun dancers] move like feathers, but like precise feathers.”

“[The storytelling dance] is really amazing.”

“I’m inspired for sure. I was thinking during the show that I’m going to embrace all of this into my next production. Especially the color schemes, the clouds blowing—that was just stunning to the eyes.”

“One of the reasons why I wanted to come [see Shen Yun is] because one of the advertisements said, ‘Thousands of years of spiritualism and dance together.’ It makes me reflect for sure on my own thoughts and history of humanity.”

“You’ve got to see the show because the colors and movements, organized sounds, and organized people will open your eyes. You’ll get to learn a lot of history about the Chinese culture, the dance origins. And the people are really wonderful to watch—beautiful people, great cast.”
