“On the opening day of WikiLeaks’ ten year anniversary period this press conference will announce new initiatives and provide updates on publishing and legal events,” WikiLeaks said on Facebook on Oct. 3.

WikiLeaks released more than 19,000 emails and 8,000 attachments from top Democratic National Committee officials on July 22.

The leak showed the DNC actively working with the Clinton campaign against Senator Bernie Sanders during the Democratic primaries.

The trove of documents also included voice memos, receipts, seating charts, and invitations to events.

The emails spanned from January 2015 to May 25, 2016. WikiLeaks did not say how it obtained the files, but the DNC server was hacked in June by a hacker named “Guccifer 2.0,” who claimed to have passed on a heap of files to the organization.
