Raul Oaida, age 21, is driven ... and loaded with ideas. Hardly from a world-class, bustling city, the Romanian from a small village had obstacles to overcome, which made his determination even stronger.

And so he’s been creating the most unbelievable inventions. Like the air powered car made of half a million Lego pieces or a small Lego spaceship he successfully launched to a height of more than 20 miles.

In this short profile by U.S. director Flora Lichtman, Raul talks about how anybody’s dreams of the nearly impossible can become reality. Because “Why not?”
