Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced Hollywood producer, was spotted receiving two slaps to the face in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Tuesday night, Jan. 9.

TMZ posted the footage of the video, showing Weinstein walking in a restaurant, saying “No, no, don’t do that, man.” Then, the other man can be seen slapping him in the face lightly. Curse words are then launched at the ex-Miramax chief.

Someone then tells him to get out of the restaurant.

“What would you do about it?” another man can be heard saying.

TMZ reported that a man named Steve approached Weinstein for a photo, saying that he was belligerent and said no. A restaurant manager said he was “sweet” and politely declined the offer.

“Steve and Weinstein shook hands and sat down,” the TMZ report stated, adding that when the two left the Elements restaurant, Steve hit him twice.

Steve told TMZ that he'd had “quite a bit to drink,” while telling a friend to capture the incident on camera.

Weinstein didn’t call the police and left the restaurant.

Weinstein checked into a luxury resort in Arizona for treatment on Oct. 11 in order “deal with this issue head-on,” according to a statement. “Harvey is in Arizona and is taking treatment seriously,” a source close told People magazine at the time. “He only gets time off for meals and meals are spent with his treatment sponsor. He is basically in 24/7 treatment.”

More than 60 women have accused him of sexual misconduct and assault since The New York Times and the New Yorker published accounts of the abuse in October.

In December, actress Salma Hayek penned a piece for the Times, detailing threats that Weinstein allegedly made to her.
