To some, finding an empty train car is cause for celebration, while others prefer to steer clear of empty cars.

But not Stevie. She was so excited to find herself in a car all by herself that she sang about it and filmed herself, then midway through her song something caused her to change her tune.

It depends who you ask, but not everyone is thrilled about riding in an empty train car.

One night while Stevie was riding the CTA, Chicago’s train service, she became overly excited that she was its only occupant. Rather than sprawl out across a row of seats—maybe she did that beforehand—she picked up her phone and sang a little song.

“I’m on a train car all by myself,” she sang into her phone loudly.

Stevie had no shame singing into her phone, after all no one was watching her …

She continued singing as she walked up and down the car before she collected her belongings and got ready to get off at her stop.

But just as picked up her bag and was about to sing the next line of her song, she ad libbed her made-up song.

“Oh my god, I just realized there’s another person on this train,” she said as she burst into laughter.

As she took another quick look she realized there was someone watching her.

While others might not have been able to recover from the hilariously embarrassing accident, Stevie continued singing, and even worked her fellow commuter into the song.

“You have a good day,” she sang to the passenger as she exited the train.

The other person could only stare at her as she got off the train.

Well, that was awkward.

If that was us, we’d never be able to take the same train again.
