Man Starts Rubbing a Piece of Radish Like Crazy All Over a Fish. But What Happens—It’s Super Cool

Here we have a lovely carp recipe that is sure to delight you and your family. Cooking in a cast iron skillet, and with plenty of vegetables, it’s tasty and healthy enough to schedule on the home menu a few times a month.

As promised, this man cuts a large chunk of raw, white radish, and starts rubbing it like crazy all over the fish. Is your jaw dropping at how easy the scales are being removed? Mine is. This ingenious way to descale a fish is gentle enough that the skin of the fish stays intact, yet tough enough that no scales are left behind. Using a knife would likely damage the raw, outer filet of the fish. This way is perfect!

The task of cooking this fish goes quickly, and we hope it inspires you to give it a go.

Some people are put off by the smell fish leaves behind after cooking, or are fearful of undercooking or overcooking the fish. It needn’t be such an ordeal to suffer through. Soaking the filleted fish in a little bit of vinegar and lemon juice, 1:1,  does reduce its odor inducing capabilities a good deal. After soaking for several minutes, rinse fish and prepare.

This recipe is pretty straightforward, and if you need, watch the video a few times beforehand and or during preparation and cooking to be sure you leave no veggie out.


1 carp fish
1 white radish
1 ¼ tsp oiive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup Garlic
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 cup Ginger
1/8 cup dried chili
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/8 cup Garlic
1/8 cup soy sauce
2 cup water
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cup cabbage
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup okra
1/3 cup green chili
1/4 cup red chili
1/4 cup scallion
1/8 cup cilantro

Directions below

1. Remove the head of the white radish and use to scrub off the fish scales.
2. Gut the fish. Slice the fish’s belly open and cut shallow slits into the skin on both sides before seasoning.

3.  Spread the fish open skin side up on the cutting board marinade with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili sauce, garlic, paprika and marinate for 2 hours. Then, bake in an oven for 375F degree for 30 minutes.
4. Pour olive oil into a skillet, then add ginger,dried chilis, chili sauce,garlic, soy sauce, water, salt 5. pepper cabbage bring to boil. Place baked carp into the skillet, add cauliflower, okra, sliced red and green chilis, scallion, sprinkling with olive oil. Add cilantro.

6. Take fish and put in an oiled skillet and cover with vegetables. Simmer till cooked throughout.
7. Serve immediate and enjoy!
