This coming Saturday, Dec. 24, a series of weekly TV segments hosted by Sibylle Eschapasse will introduce 13 of the most talented French chefs on New York’s food and dining scene.

The chefs all belong to the prestigious organization Les Maitres Cuisiniers de France (Master Chefs of France). The USA and Canada chapter is presided over by chef Jean-Louis Dumonet.

The series will demonstrate delicious French recipes to viewers in a format that’s easy to follow.

The segments are part of “Celebrity Taste Makers,” a TV program on PIX11 that recently celebrated its fifth anniversary and runs on Saturdays at 6 p.m.

The show is produced by Tony Monte and Melinda Martinez, and directed by Melinda Martinez. Each week, it features a celebrity who talks to Lisa Mateo about his or her favorite restaurant and recipe. Sibylle Eschapasse’s segments, which focus on French cuisine, were taped at the International Culinary Center, in the heart of Soho, where numerous celebrity chefs have been trained.

Epoch Taste will feature each week’s recipe, along with interviews with the chefs, in its weekend edition. Make sure to pick up a copy and to tune in to PIX11 on Saturdays at 6 p.m to catch Eschapasse’s segments on “Celebrity Taste Makers.”

Stay tuned!
