At an elementary school in Akron, Ohio, people have reported a drone hovering around the playground that has reportedly tried to lure children away.

The drone was first spotted by a neighbor of the Windemere Community Learning Center, said Mark Williamson, director of marketing communications at Akron Public Schools, according to Fox News.

Several witnesses reported hearing the audio of a voice coming from the drone. Williamson said the voice was trying to get children to leave the playground, but what it was saying exactly he did not know.

No pictures have captured the drone and no police reports had been filed as of Wednesday, Oct. 11.

Lt. Rick Edwards of the Akron Police Department told Fox News that while no one had come forward to report the drone, they were aware that the school had sent out a letter to parents about it.

The drone was spotted three or four times last weekend, according to the letter, but only after school hours. Akron Public Schools has advised parents to supervise their children if they are on the playground outside of school.

The school also suggested in the letter that parents talk to their children about “stranger danger.”
