Two nine-year-old girls--Rose Powell and Flame Brewer, who are cousins--have become the youngest formation wing-walkers ever, after walking on the wings of two 1942 Boeing planes as they flew 100 miles per hour.

“It was amazing,“ said Powell, after performing stunts as high as 500 feet in the air. ”It felt like I was a little bird flying above lots of little model houses. First of all I screamed and then I did the Superman pose.”

Brewer said it was fun but windy, and she ended up doing lots of waving.

The girls are the third generation of their family to wing-walk, according to the Daily Mirror. Brewer’s older brother Tiger was eight when he wing-walked in 2008, making him the single youngest wing-walker ever.

The girls are both from London, and flew in Gloucestershire, England.
