Brianna and Timothy Dargert knew President Donald Trump wouldn’t make it to their wedding, but they sent an invitation to the White House anyway.

The couple was married on May 6 last year. Months later, they got a presidential surprise in the mail—a congratulatory letter from the president and First Lady Melania Trump.

“Congratulations on your wedding. We join your family and friends in celebrating this joyous occasion and your love and commitment to one another,” the letter read. “May your hearts grow fonder and your love deeper each day, and may God continue to bless your life together.”

The couple lives in Orland Park, Illinois. They both support Trump.

“We both admire the President greatly,” the couple wrote in an email to Fox 32 News.

“To receive something from him personally completely touched our hearts,” they added. “It is wonderful to see that he truly cares about the American people!”

The Dargert family are not the only ones to receive a special message from the White House. Israeli news website Arutz Sheva 7 reported on Jan. 11 that a Jewish couple read out a congratulatory letter from Trump at their nuptials.

The letter was given to the bride and groom by Sergio Gor, who serves as a communications director for Senator Rand Paul.
