U.K. award-winning mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana is behind the cocktail program at Henry, a new bar located off the lobby of the Hudson New York hotel. The bar is named after explorer Henry Hudson.
Cocktails include the Apple Candizzle, made with Belvedere vodka, lime, apple, blackberry liqueur with candied cinnamon; The Chocolate Cocktail, made with yellow chartreuse and preserved cherry liqueur with a whole egg.
Henry also serves five signature snacks to complement the cocktails, and is open four nights a week with reservations recommended.
The 3,000-square-foot venue is centered around an intimate sunken living room with elevated lounge seating and plush banquettes around the perimeter.
The bar has live jazz performances and regular DJ sets.
