NEW YORK—Nightlife impresarios Ric Addison and Stephen Daly have opened the Monarch, a 5,000-square-foot rooftop lounge that looks out at the Empire State Building.
The lounge accommodates more than 300 guests. The drinks menu is developed by leading mixologists from Closing Time Cocktails, Inc.. Cocktails will include:
