Actress Jennifer Hudson has offered up to $100,000 as reward for the safe return of her nephew, Julian King, who has been missing since Saturday.
Julian King, 7, is the son of Hudson’s sister Julia, and has been missing since Friday.
In a murder case that shocked the nation, Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, 57, and brother Jason Hudson, 29, were shot to death on Friday at their house on Chicago’s South Side. Julian King has been missing since then.
Hudson, who has won an Academy Award for her role in “Dream Girls,” returned to Chicago from Los Angeles to be with the family.
On Sunday, she updated her MySpace page and thanked the community for their support and requested them to continue praying. “Thank you all for your prayers and your calls. Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely.”
