As of April 8, 2006, the Epoch Times website has documented nearly 10 million Chinese people quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The Global Service Center for Quitting the CCP, Free China, The Epoch Times, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, the Global Coalition to Bring Jiang to Justice, Human Rights Watch, Sound of Hope International Radio, the Australian Hunger Strike Support Group, New Tang Dynasty TV, Friends of Falun Gong, the Cultural Association of Free People and other organizations held a big rally and took to the streets in support of the nearly 10 million Chinese people quitting the CCP and its associations. Participants of the rally urged Australians to pay attention to the horrendous slaughter of Falun Gong practitioners at the Sujiatun Death Camp, where Falun Gong practitioners’ organs are harvested while they are still alive, and their bodies cremated afterwards to destroy any evidence. They called for help
Escorted by police cars, the parade was divided into five groups: one group against the Persecution of Falun Gong, a drum team, a group promoting the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, a group for Quitting the CCP, and The Epoch Times flag team. The parade started at Bellmore Park and ended in Chinatown. Nearly four hundred people attended the activity. Representatives from the Vietnamese community and the Tibetan community, as well as the Taiwanese community were also present to show their support. The parade attracted a large number of bystanders who were in opposition to the inhumane killing at the Sujiatun Death Camp. Many people condemned the ruthless acts.
