Actress Kim Cattrall, who appeared in “Sex in the City,” is appealing for help in finding her missing brother.

“MISSING! This is my brother Christopher Cattrall or Chris as we call him,” Cattrall wrote in a post on Instagram that also included information from a Royal Canadian Mounted Police emergency warning for her brother, who is 55.

“He has been missing since Tuesday, January the 30th from his home in Lacombe, Alberta Canada. His keys, cell phone, & wallet left on the table and his front door unlocked,” wrote Cattrall. “This is not like Chris. He would never leave his unlocked home without those items nor his 7 beloved dogs.”

She said he’s of medium build: 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, has blue eyes, short brown hair, and a goatee. She said he usually wears a waist-length hooded winter coat with black gloves, blue jeans, and calf-high boots.

Royal Canada Mounted Police (RCMP) Alberta also posted a missing person notice on their Twitter page on Sunday.

Cattrall added: “He’s a one of a kind brother. Help us bring him home safe. Please spread the world [sic].”

Katie Osmond, Chris’s stepdaughter, also posted on social media about it. “If anyone has any information please please let me know,” she wrote on Facebook. “I know it’s hard to find people when they’ve gone missing. I’m praying that he comes home safe and un harmed.”

Those with information on his whereabouts are asked to call call Blackfalds RCMP at 403-885-3300.
